InSiGHt Health Consulting Ltd (IHC). focuses on providing technical skills to support sustainable and significant health and development outcomes. InSiGHt’s services falls into these broad categories namely: support for development programmes, occupational health and safety solutions, health-care quality improvement, and appropriate technologies for community health-care services.

IHC is currently offering an internship program. The internships are awarded to persons studying toward a university degree or who have recently received a degree and wish to gain practical experience and on-the-job learning to complement their qualifications.

Internship Duration & Seasons

The duration of internships is between 4 months-1 year during which time interns are subject to IHC policies and procedures. Interns are subject to the

Positions are offered on a rolling basis throughout the year subject to availability and organizational priorities.

Internship Fields

Interns are selected from candidates whose study disciplines are relevant to IHC work in the following fields:

  • Research and publications Data management
  • General technical/programme support
  • Safety services
  • Office administration
  • Finance/account management
  • Website and social media management


In order to be eligible for the internship programme, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have completed at least two years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards the completion of their first degree.

A working (oral and written) knowledge of English is essential. Interns should be able to adapt to a multicultural, multilingual environment, have good communication skills and be able to work in a team.

Applications should indicate length of internship proposed as well as areas of interest (more than 1 area can be indicated). Applicants who do not comply with the aforementioned guidelines or do not meet the essential requirements for IHC internships will not be considered. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application in due course.
