Overview: InSiGHt Health Consulting is a public health consulting firm registered in Nigeria and has been in operation since 2004. Our spectrum of services spans across programme research, health financing, health programming, health service delivery strengthening, health and safety and in-country service support.


Capabilities: Our project delivery unit focuses on client satisfaction and results. We address every project proactively from the project planning phase through the project implementation phase in order to meet project timelines and deliverables. Our project delivery capability covers understanding and working within clients’ requirements leveraging our high performing project team. We are committed to excellence and as such utilize robust approaches that ensure that project expectations are met.


Methods: On client by client basis, we empathize, define, plan, mobilize and implement our projects. This process involves conceptualization of clients’ requirements; designing the appropriate approach which is further broken down into defined activities and sub activities with specific timelines and outputs; mobilizing resources for implementation and embarking on execution of project activities in a timely and efficient manner with utmost professionalism.

Throughout project delivery cycles, we ensure effective communication with our clients through regular updates. Leveraging ICT systems, we have automated processes for efficiency and accuracy.


Expertise: Our key personnel are qualified, experienced and certified project managers. In addition, we have the ability to bring together relatable expertise to meet any project requirements and expectations. We also leverage our vast experience in project conceptualization, designing and implementation for strategic positioning.
